Investing in Volunteers Quality Assurance Panel – Vacancy

We are seeking to appoint a new independent panel member to serve on the Investing in Volunteers UK Quality Assurance panel.


The panel meets four times a year. Three of these are webex or Skype meetings, and one is face to face, usually in London in April.


This is a voluntary position. The appointed person needs to have experience /understanding of volunteer management and of delivering quality assurance systems.  They also need to be able to commit to attending meetings (four per year), including preparing for and contributing to the discussions on submitted assessment reports.


Induction and expenses are provided.


It is a role that offers insight into the detailed working of this quality standard in volunteering and an opportunity to contribute to maintaining and developing good practice in volunteer management in the UK.
