How do you use technology to access information and learning for your organisation?
WCVA and your local County Voluntary Council (CVC) would like to hear your views on how you use technology to access information and learning to support your organisation.
The survey will help us to understand how people use digital and online services so that we can make them better and easier to use. We also want to give you the opportunity to be more involved in the design of our services.
The survey seeks to understand how people use digital technology to access information and learning to support the growth and future resilience of their organisation. Taking part is your chance to shape and improve the digital services provided by WCVA and your local County Voluntary Council (CVC). The survey will help us to:
- Know more about how you access information and learning online
- Understand how you use technology
- Target resources towards issues that matter to you
- Find out what helps you to succeed
Answering the survey could also get you thinking about how you use digital in your own organisation and what areas need attention, while also giving you the chance to share your views, challenges and pain points.

The closing date for completing the survey is Friday 27 September 2019.
