Development and Funding Officer
Job: Full time (35 hours per week)

Fixed Term: until 31 March 2020 (with a possibility of extension)

This role will support the Chief Officer of Citizens Advice Ceredigion in developing the organisation’s funding and fundraising strategy and will contribute towards development of the organisation’s projects in order to meet the advice needs of local communities in Ceredigion and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a challenging funding climate, and will have recent, relevant experience of working to target to increase income in a charitable or non-profit environment.
The role will include development of the service to improve the client journey and the jobholder will work closely with volunteers, staff and the public to ensure that Citizens Advice Ceredigion can continue on a sustainable footing, whilst improving its service offer to both clients and volunteers.
This post will be subject to a 3-month probation period, which can be extended following review.
