Project Coordinator: Clynfyw CIC

Do you want to work in the engine room of an exciting, dynamic community-based organisation in north Pembrokeshire?

Do you believe that everyone should have a chance to reach their potential?

Do you want to make a difference every day?

Do you have a positive outlook on life and work well in a Team

Do you have an understanding of Care Farming and would you like to work on one?

Clynfyw Care Farm is a Community Interest Company in North Pembrokeshire. Running since 2011, we run a day service supporting vulnerable people and a domiciliary care agency, providing support for people living in the Clynfyw Cottages in supported tenancy and on supported respite breaks.

We manage the Cardigan based Kinora mental health service, developing innovative and meaningful services to support people with their recovery with a particular focus on nature based projects which have community benefit based outcomes.

We wish to recruit a Project Coordinator who will support the Management Team to develop our existing services and future plans.

The work focuses on the back-room development of activities based on the farm and around our local community, promoting positive outcomes that have been identified as an assessed need in service delivery plans to enhance participants’ wellbeing.

The role will be hugely varied and will require someone who is flexible, capable, adaptable and creative in order to do the job well. It will entail office based administrative tasks as well as some working on the farm with Participants, Development Workers and the Management Team. The main aim of the Project Coordinator role is to ensure Clynfyw is running smoothly at all times.

Participants at Clynfyw are regarded as vulnerable through having a learning disability, a mental health issue or other challenges. All Clynfyw Staff have an enhanced DBS check. Being able to drive, and having access to your own car would be advantageous, but is not essential.

The pay is £10.00 per hour (21hrs/week over three days)
