The Pathways to Farming project is moving into it’s second phase, following a 2.5 year RDP funded pilot which came to an end in March 2021.
Pathways to Farming is run by Mach Maethlon, a ‘not for profit’ cooperative working to boost food resilience in the Dyfi Valley.
This next phase of the project will see us build on work done in the Pathways to Farming pilot in which we worked to train new horticultural food producers and build new markets for local produce in the Dyfi Valley. We achieved a lot in these 2.5 years, while also identifying lots more challenges and new ideas.
This next phase of Pathways to Farming will see us working as part of the ENRaW funded Tyfu Dyfi project, an ambitious Dyfi Biosphere wide project aimed at increasing food resilience. Tyfu Dyfi is being led by Ecodyfi, with Mach Maethlon leading a work package within the project.
Deadline: 1st October 2021 at 12 noon
