The Mind Our Future Partnership Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of Ceredigion’s Dyfodol Ni Partnership project through the development and engagement of the Partnership and the establishment and maintenance of a Young Person’s Management Committee.

The position will report directly to the Project Director, who is responsible for the overall operations and management responsibility associated with project delivery and will serve as its primary spokesperson.

The Partnership Coordinator will be mainly responsible for engaging the Partnership and Young Person’s Management Committee Members. They will also identify and leverage existing local and countywide stakeholders’ skills, expertise, and assets to benefit young people across Ceredigion, ensuring that their voices are heard and shaping the delivery of partner organisations and the project.

The Partnership Coordinator will manage, assign, and coordinate activities of the project with the Partnership. The Partnership Coordinator will help create an environment of trust and collaboration so that these institutions and stakeholders see the Mind Our Future Project as their own. The Partnership Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders from across the county to develop a young person led delivery plan and implementation. They will be working closely with and be directed, by young people.
