The Caring Communities Innovation Scheme is calling for new and innovative projects ideas in Ceredigion that pilot ways of building community capacity and resilience in order to develop integrated service and support for:
- Frail and older people with complex needs and long-term conditions, including dementia;
- People with learning disabilities;
- Children with complex needs; and
- Carers, including young carers.
Up to £10,000. Exceptional projects will a value over £10,000 may be considered by the panel if they demonstrate high level of innovation and impact.
There is no deadline for submissions, applications can be submitted and will considered throughout the financial year.
Submit your application now and maximise the benefit from Caring Communities scheme – projects which wish to start in April 2020 need to get your application submitted before Wednesday 11st March.
All projects supported must be completed by the 31st March 2021.
