You can apply for up to £2,000 with a simple, one-page application form. Projects must be completed by the 31st of March 2022.
If your project benefits the people of Ceredigion, get in touch to discuss your ideas!
Either download the application form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 01570 423232.
If your project isn’t suitable for the Small Grant Scheme, we will help you find other sources of funding.
The Caring Communities Innovation Scheme
The scheme is calling for innovative project ideas in Ceredigion that pilot ways of building community capacity and resilience in order to develop integrated service and support for:
- Frail and older people with complex needs and long-term conditions, including dementia;
- People with learning disabilities;
- Children with complex needs; and
- Carers, including young carers
The Scheme will consider funding 100% of project costs up to £20,000. The funding is primarily for revenue costs. It must be demonstrated that any capital costs included are critical to the success of the project. All projects supported must be completed by the 31st March 2022.
We’re always looking for projects to fund so get in touch today to discuss your ideas!
Ceredigion Youth Led Grant
The Ceredigion Youth-led grant supports activities led and carried out by young people. The fund helps to empower young people to develop their own initiatives, take an active role in their communities and involve/recruit young people to take part in youth-led volunteering projects and activities in the county of Ceredigion. The grant is administered by CAVO on behalf of WCVA and the Welsh Government.
Grants of up to £1,000 are available to support volunteering or set up a volunteering activity. Applications are selected and recommended by a panel of young people aged 14-25. Applications will need to consider how their project will fit into the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act (2015).
Hear from Tysul Youth who received gardening equipment for a community growing project Yr Ardd.
The grant application closes on July 30th 2021. Applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of their application and will be notified of the panel’s result/decision within 3 weeks of the closing date.
