The National Commissioning Board is working with a Welsh Government Technical Group to coproduce new standards for planning, procuring and contract management (commissioning) of care and support services. These standards will be included in a future Code of Practice for the National Framework. This is in response to the Rebalancing Care and Support in Wales white paper.
