As you will be aware, the Ceredigion Public Service Board has published the Ceredigion Local Well-being Plan 2023-28 which outlines 4 Wellbeing Objectives for the next 5 years. To ensure the Board is focused on the right tasks for each Objective, they are keen to have a broad conversation with partners in order to prioritise the work.
The workshops set out below are targeted at organisations who will be able to provide advice and input on prioritising the agreed tasks and can help identify the most suitable delivery method for each one. Please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues to help maximise the benefit of the discussions as we begin to implement the Ceredigion Local Wellbeing Plan 2023-2028 .

You are kindly asked to formally state your intention to attend the workshops by contacting partnerships@ceredigion.gov.uk and state your name, organisation, job title and the workshop(s) you wish to attend.
In preparation for the workshops, we request that you re-familiarise yourselves with the details of the agreed tasks for each Objective within the plan, as these will form the basis for an initial review at the beginning of each of the workshops. A copy of these tasks are below. Details of the Agenda and any further accompanying papers will be released closer to the date.
