Face to face engagement events for Users of Third Sector Mental Health and Learning Disability Services

Afternoon,

As you may be aware the Hywel Dda University Health Board are recommissioning all our Third Sector well-being and mental health support services this year. In line with this we would like to meet with Service Users and Carers, both past and present, to explore the new arrangements and identify opportunities to further improve our provision of early intervention and prevention well-being and mental health services across West Wales.

Face to face engagement events have been arranged for Users of Third Sector Mental Health and Learning Disability Services including those with caring responsibilities.

The event details are below:

Please note that you only need to attend one event as the information provided at both sessions will be the same.

The location of the Carmarthen event will be circulated next week, the delay is due to staff annual leave at the venue options.

If you have already attended the virtual events that the Health Board held a few weeks back then please  feel free to attend these face to face events as well, but bear in mind the information and the questions posed to attendees, will be the same as those at the virtual events.

Any FAQs from these sessions will be communicated after the events.

This will be a great opportunity to come together in an open forum to best understand what services best meet the needs of our population and how these should be provided. It will also provide an opportunity to raise and issues/concerns and identify any areas of good practice.
